Come and enjoy the Alpha Course

The Alpha course is a friendly relaxed way to find out more about the Christian Faith. Each week, after a bite to eat, there will be a DVD talk on one aspect of the Christian Faith followed by a discussion in small groups where any question can be asked, and any view expressed.

It is suitable for anyone who wants to find out more, e.g.

  • Non-believers who want to see if there is any truth in Christianity
  • Those new to church who want to find out what it is all about
  • Regular (or not so regular!) church/chapel - goers who want to brush up on the basics or refresh their faith.

Introductory Evening “Christianity: Boring, Untrue, Irrelevant?”

If you would like to find out more then join us on the inductory evening on Wednesday 6th October, 7:30pm at Hathersage Methodist Church or Wednesday 29th September, 7:30pm at Cooper's Café (opposite the school) Edale.

Please not that the Alpha course at Hathersage will run on Tuesday evenings.
