Altogether@3 aims to bring together all age groups into one act of worship. It is supported by both Anglican and Methodist Churches in Hathersage, Derbyshire. What did we get up to recently at Altogether@3? Find out here

Creative Worship

God gave us creative talents to use for the enjoyment and benefit of others. At Altogether@3 everyone is encouraged to worship in a creative way. It's impossible to find a 'one fits all' way of worship because we are all individuals from the eldest of us to the youngest.

At Altogether@3 everyone is encouraged to worship in a way with which they feel comfortable. This can be through words, song or art and craft.

Fun and laughter

In a traditional service keeping quiet and doing solemn things are part of the way things are done but sometimes we lose that sense of being ourselves before God. It's okay to have fun while we worship.

At Altogether@3, adults as well as children are encouraged to join in the craft and game activities, after all, we are 'in this together'!

On your feet now!

Okay, everybody up! If you thought singing in church was dull and boring then get a load of this! We can use our whole bodies to praise God and at Altogether@3 action songs are our way of singing our thanks to God ... and it's fun.

Why should the kids have all the fun things to do? Adults, on your feet, now!

Our values:

to be a faithful witness to the love Jesus offers;
to welcome all ages who attend;
to help young and old alike to spend time together;
to be appropriate in content and language for everyone there;
to instil a sense of our being the people of God, worshipping and encountering him together;
to creatively and sensitively use the resources at our disposal;
to strive to do everything well, seeking to be our best for God (excellence, not perfection!)

If you wish to join in then come along or contact us on the details at the side.
